Abstract

The following work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the financial situation of the SISMEING company through the use of tools and concepts, such as profitability, liquidity, performance and activities indexes, typical of the fundamentals of financial administration; The purpose of this study was to determine the administrative controls in the years 2020 and 2021, to identify if in the future it was necessary to improve the weakest financial aspects of the organization and influence the best decision-making, given the financial situation demonstrated by the company.


For this, it will be investigated based on reliable sources about financial administration, financial analysis and the different financial statements that were defined in the company to identify the financial reality of the company and how that can affect it in the short, medium and long term. Several comparative tables were also made that allow the identification of the financial scenario of two consecutive years to define the respective analysis by result. Finally, a solution proposal will be provided that can contribute to the reduction of financial problems, through the approach of coherent, achievable and achievable proposals.

Ecuatoriano, Ingeniero comercial graduado con honores en la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana de Guayaquil, Master en Dirección y Administración de Empresas graduado con honores en la Universidad Tecnológica Empresarial de Guayaquil, Rector de la Unidad Educativa Particular Guillermo Rohde, Pro-secretario de la Federación de Establecimientos Católicos del Guayas, Catedrático del Tecnológico Universitario Espíritu Santo, Profesor en el Colegio de Contadores Bachilleres y Públicos del Guayas. Docente investigador desde el año 2016, en la línea de desarrollo de la gestión empresarial y sus factores influyentes.
